The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a public meeting

Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Huntington Bay Village Hall, 244 Vineyard Road, Huntington Bay, NY 11743 at 7:00pm to hear all business before it.

 

Applicant:     Keith & Deborah Richman, 175 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in ‘New Harborside Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1’.  In order to construct a three-car garage, the applicant requires variances for structure in the front yard, front yard setbacks, floor area ratio and lot area coverage. This application also requires approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees. This is a continuation from March 21, 2024 hearing.
