ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a public meeting

Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Huntington Bay Village Hall, 244 Vineyard Road, Huntington Bay, NY 11743 at 7:00pm to hear all business before it.

 

Applicant:     Keith & Deborah Richman, 175 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in ‘New Harborside Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1’.  In order to construct a three-car garage, the applicant requires variances for structure in the front yard, front yard setbacks, floor area ratio and lot area coverage. This application also requires approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees. This is a continuation from February 15, 2023 hearing.  

Applicant:   Michael & Rosanne Lydon, 13 beach Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in ‘Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1’. In order to construct additions and alterations, demo of existing garage and construct new attached garage, new driveway, pool, pool pavilion, and BBQ kiosk, the applicants require variances for structures in the front yard and front and side yard setbacks.  This application also requires approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.
