The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a public meeting

Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Huntington Bay Village Hall, 244 Vineyard Road, Huntington Bay, NY 11743 at 7:00pm to hear all business before it.

The property is located in ‘District ‘B’. In order to maintain a finished basement, proposed patio, pool and retaining walls, the applicants require variances for floor area ratio and lot area coverage.
