ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a public meeting:

7:30 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at the Huntington Bay Village Hall

There are two applications before the Board in November:  

                   

1. Applicant:  Andrew & Katie Pacinelli

26 Baycrest, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District ‘C’.  In order to construct interior alterations to the kitchen and legalize a drywell, bluestone driveway with block curbing, patio, stoop, house, wall, stone block wall, brick walk, walkway, benches, firepit, BBQ with countertop benches, stone entry (steps), and playset, the applicants require variances for Area of Lot, Area Coverage, Width of Lot, Front Yard, Permitted Structures in Front Yard (three front yards), Permitted Structures in Front Yard: Compliance of Driveways, Side Yard, Corner Lots.   This application also requires Site Plan approval from the Board of Trustees.  

2.  Applicant:   Baycrest Association

Baycrest (Beach Avenue), Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District ‘’C1’.  In order to construct a roof over a concrete patio, the applicant variances for Front Yard, Permitted Structures in Front Yards, and Lot Area Coverage.  This application also requires Site Plan approval from the Board of Trustees.
