PUBLIC NOTICE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the American Legion Hall, One Mill Dam Road, Huntington, NY  11743 to hear two public hearings and all items that are properly before it.       

 

1. Applicant:  Pamela Ostrander

 40 Locust Lane, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in Huntington Bay Zoning District ‘New Harborside Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1’.  In order to construct a proposed first floor addition, the applicant requires Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.

 

2. Michael & Rosanne Lydon, 

13 Beach Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in Huntington Bay Zoning District ‘Waterfront Preservation District ‘C1’.  In order to construct proposed additions and alterations, demo of existing garage and construct new attached garage, new driveway, pool, pool pavilion, and BBQ kiosk, the applicant requires Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.
