BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Huntington Bay will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the American Legion Hall, One Mill Dam Road, Huntington, NY  11743 to hear a public hearing and all items that are properly before it.  

                                                                                                       

1.  2021-2022 Budget Hearing

2.  Applicant:  Joseph & Karen Sinocropi

4 Fleetwood Drive, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District ‘C’. In order to construct a new single-family dwelling, attached two-car garage, inground swimming pool, pool house, masonry patios, and masonry BBQ, the applicants Site Plan require approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.

3.  Applicant:  William & Lynn Needelman

8 Hillside Court, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District “B”.  In order to construct a rear yard addition, three-piece bathroom, and repairs to deck, the applicants require Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.  This application received Zoning Board of Appeals approval at the February 2021 meeting.

4.  Applicant:  Brad & Carolyn Borders

15 Harbor Hill Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District “B”.  In order to construct an in-ground swimming pool, pavers, and pavilion, and drainage, the applicants require Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.  The applicants received Zoning Board of Appeals approval at the March 2021 meeting.

5.  Applicant:  Michael Buchholtz and Mary Oricchio

93 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay New Harborside Waterfront Preservation Zoning District “C1”.  In order to construct a new inground swimming pool, stepping-stone patio, and moss rock wall, the applicants require Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.

The applicants received Zoning Board of Appeals approval at the March 2021 meeting.

6. Applicant:  Stanton and Susan Sloane

5 Heckscker Drive, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay New Harborside Waterfront Preservation Zoning District “D1”.  In order to restore a retaining wall in a steep slope, the applicants require Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.

7.  Applicant:  Douglas & Joanne Bryant

15 Valley Drive, Huntington Bay, NY  11743

The property is located in the Huntington Bay Zoning District “B”. In order to amend a previously approved site plan, the applicants require Site Plan approval from the Huntington Bay Board of Trustees.
