Huntington Bay Village Police Department

Phone # 631-427-2020

If there is an emergency or you require the “immediate presence” of a Police Officer,

dial 911.

If you have a general question or you wish to notify the Police regarding a non-emergency

occurrence or situation, please call Huntington Bay Police Headquarters at 631-427-2020. Our

Police Officers are not always in the office to field telephone calls, but if you leave a message, an Officer will return your call.

The Police Officers are acutely aware of all segments of the Village. However, as they cannot be everywhere at the same time, community awareness is extremely helpful. Residents are encouraged to notify the Police Department whenever they observe unusual activity.

Please be aware that the Police Department strictly enforces the 30 mile per hour speed limit and all of the posted stop signs within the Village.  There is no parking allowed on any road within the Village.

Please lock and secure your residence when you leave, even for a short period of time. Please make especially sure that your vehicles are locked overnight.

Please report ANY suspicious activity to the Police Department immediately. Do not hesitate to call because you feel that something is too minor or would be a bother.
