Huntington Bay, N.Y– December 18, 2007-  The Village of Huntington Bay held its annual Pederson- Krag Toy Drive at Village Hall beginning in the month of November and ending at the closing of the Village’s annual Holiday Party on Sunday December 16th. Pederson- Krag has hundred of children in various programs from individual therapy to severely emotionally disturbed adolescents living in supported housing. Children range in age from 4 years to 17 years old. The center had expressed the difficult time that they have every year in supplying gifts for the older children.

MJ Pulling, Director of Development for the center said “Speaking on behalf of the families of the Pederson-Krag Center, we greatly appreciate the kindness and generosity of the families of Huntington Bay. The toys, donations and gift cards go to families that in many cases otherwise would not have a Christmas and will this year because of your generosity.”
