Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:40pm and stated that this meeting was to discuss personnel matters.  Mayor Morrow then recused himself and left the building.

Deputy Mayor Dennis Gai convened the executive session at 7:45pm.

Mr. Gai reconvened in open session at 8:35pm at which time the meeting was adjourned.
