Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There
are four public hearings this evening.
Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered the report to the board. The
police department received a petition from residents
to install a stop sign on Bay Avenue/Harbor Hill Road.
There will be a public hearing next month.
Public Hearings
Heather & James McCormack, 290 Vineyard
Road. The subject of the hearing is the request
for relief from section Chapter 13, Article III, Section
13-10 regarding vision clearance on a corner property.
The hearing closed at 7:40 p.m. A transcript was taken

Stephen & Mary Elizabeth Dannhauser,
2 Bay Crest. The subject of the hearing is
the request for relief from section Chapter 13, Article

Ralph Whittier Fulton, 30 Bay Crest
Mr. Schmid presented the application to legalize additions/alterations
to the existing cottage as an accessory structure
and existing barn as a garage. The hearing closed

William Brennan, 23 Terra Mar Drive
Neil Hoffman presented the application in order to
construct a two story addition in the rear of the
residence. The hearing closed at 8:35 p.m. A transcript

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. .
A motion was made by John McCusker and seconded by
Don Rave to pass the resolution to apply for a Justice
Court grant.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements
from August and the list of bills and, after review,
questions and discussion, a motion was made by John
McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim
financial statements for August which was seconded
by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved. A motion was
made by John McCusker to approve the list of bills
and the interim financial statements for September
which was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved.
Minutes
A motion made by John McCusker to approve the July
minutes was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously
approved.
At 10:15 pm with no further business to be brought
before the Board the meeting was closed.
