Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. He stated that there was one application on the agenda this evening. John Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board makes its decisions.

Public Hearing:

Peter Schwing, 5 Wedgewood Lane
Michael McCarthy presented the application to construct alterations to an existing bathroom. The hearing closed at 8:15 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Decisions:

Application approved 3/0.

The minutes from the August meeting were unable to be approved because they did not have a quorum.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Woodward closed the meeting at 8:50p.m
