Zoning Board of Appeals, September 16, 2004

Ingrid Spatt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and stated that there are four public hearings this evening.

Public Hearing – Enzone - 25 Soundview Drive
Ingrid Spatt read the public notice. Janice Enzone came before the Board and presented her application to expand the kitchen. The application is before the board because of a preexisting non-conformity of the driveway which is too close to the property line. The hearing was closed at 7:40pm. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing – Frawley – 1 Charlmagne Road
Ingrid Spatt read the public notice. Mr. Frawley presented his application to the Board to install another driveway near the front door. The hearing was closed at 7:50pm. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing – Brown – 257 Vineyard Road
Ingrid Spatt read the public notice. Julie Brown, Lee Unterman, Esq. and Michael Wallin R.A. presented the application for additions and alterations to the existing house. The hearing was closed at 8pm. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing – Rosewood – 90 East Shore Road
Anthony Porco requested earlier in the day to postpone the hearing until the October Zoning Board meeting, that request was granted.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on October 21st. With no further business to be brought before the Board, Dr. Spatt closed the meeting at 8:10p.m.
