Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. He stated that there were 5 applications on the agenda this evening.
Ms. Manin read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearing:
Morris Sendor, 17 Locust Lane, Huntington Bay
James Harm presented the application to construct an in-ground pool, patio and pool equipment. He requested a variance for Area of lot and Lot Area Coverage. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Jay Cavanagh made a motion to approve the minutes from August 13, 2007, which was seconded by Ron Prior and unanimously approved.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 11:10 p.m.
