Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. He stated that there were two public hearing on the agenda this evening.

Mr. Antonucci described the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Public Hearings:

Keith and Deborah Richman – 175 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay
This hearing is postponed until November.

Thomas Wolf -7 Woodland Drive, Huntington Bay
James Murphy and Ed Bocard presented the application to construct additions and alterations. The hearing closed at 8:30 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Michael & Jacqueline Cuesta-18 Bay Crest, Huntington Bay
On behalf of Neil Hoffman, Ed Bocard presented the application in order to construct a wood deck and trellis over an existing patio and a screen porch. The hearing was closed at 8:50 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Decisions:
There were no decisions rendered at the meeting.

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the July minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
