Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there are three (3) public hearings on the agenda.
Mr. Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearings:
Frank and Norma DeCesare, 28 Bay Crest
Mr. Cavanagh waived reading of the public notice as this hearing is continued from September. Neal Hoffman, architect for the applicant gave a brief update. John Breslin, real estate expert, spoke in favor of the application. Vince Vitiello, 32 Bay Crest, spoke in opposition to the pool. The hearing was closed at 8:15pm. George Gardella, 146 East Shore Road
Mr. Cavanagh read the public notice. George Suddell, architect for the applicant, presented the application to construct a kitchen addition, to enlarge a patio and to legalize various existing structures. The hearing was closed at 8:20p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Joseph & Donna Paternoster, 25 Sydney Road
Mr. Cavanagh read the public notice. James Margolin, attorney for the applicant, presented the
application to construct additions and alterations to an existing garage and chauffer’s cottage on Lot 1 of a proposed pending sub-division and to request a variance for various existing structures and conditions on Lot 2 of the proposed pending sub-division. The hearing concluded at 10:05pm and remains open in order for the applicant to submit additional information. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto

Decisions:

The application is approved. 4/0.
A motion made by John Williamson to approve the September minutes was seconded by Anthony Antonucci and approved 4/0.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 10:45p.m.
