Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. There are no public hearings this evening.

Police Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the Board. Officer Jack secured a grant for the department to receive a thermal imaging monocular. Chief Hubbs continues to research the purchase a new police vehicle. The Department attended CPR recertification training at the Halesite Firehouse.

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the Board.

Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. The Town of Huntington’s review of Village Hall’s bathroom renovation grant is 95% completed. There are two Zoning Board of Appeals hearings this month.

Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from September and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by John McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for September which was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved.

Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the September minutes was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved.

Executive Session
The board entered into Executive Session at 8:20 p.m. to discuss contract negotiations. Executive Session closed at 9:10 p.m.

At 9:10 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
