Zoning Board of Appeals, October 28, 2004

Ron Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are two hearings this evening. At the applicants’ request the Fuchs application will be postponed until the November meeting.

Public Hearing – Hoffman – 2 Harborview Drive
Ron Prior read the public notice. Neal Hoffman came before the Board and presented his application connect the garage to the house which would be used as a mud/laundry room, as well as a side gravel driveway. The application is before the board because of a preexisting non-conformity of the driveway which is too close to the property line. The hearing was closed at 7:45pm. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

Public Hearing – Baylis/Porco – 90 East Shore Road
Ron Prior read the public notice. Robert Caputi, Esq. presented his application to the Board to remove the existing house and build a new house in a different location on the property. The hearing was closed at 8:25pm. A transcript was taken by Modern Shorthand.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:45p.m.
