Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. He stated that there was one application on the agenda this evening. John Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board makes its decisions.

Public Hearing:

Craig & Carole Hamilton,12 Castle Harbor Road
Neil Hoffman presented the application to legalize an existing wood deck. The hearing closed at 7:56 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Decisions:

Application approved 5/0.

John Woodward made a motion to approve the August minutes which was seconded by Anthony Antonucci and unanimously approved.

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the September minutes which were seconded by John Williamson and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:36p.m.
