Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  There are no public hearings this month; purpose of the meeting is to review the written decisions regarding applications heard in October.  It was noted that notice of this public meeting was placed in the Long islander.             

A motion made by John Williamson to approve the Castle Harbor decision was seconded by Jay Cavanagh and approved 3/0.

A motion made by John Woodward to approve the Krause decision was seconded by John Williamson and approved 3/0.

At 7:55p.m. the Board entered into Executive Session to discuss ongoing litigation.  At 8:05p.m. the Board reconvened in open session.
 
Approval of the minutes of the October 18 public hearing was postponed until December.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
