Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There is one public hearing on the agenda.

Public Hearing – Brown – 257 Vineyard Road – Addition / Alteration
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Michael Wallin, RA came before the Board with an amended application. She was approved last year for and addition and alteration. This application made some style changes as well as reduced the square footage from the previous application. At 7:50p.m. the hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the Brown application.

Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the October minutes, seconded by Mr. Cavanagh and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8p.m.
