Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  He stated that there are two (3) public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearings:

Joseph & Donna Paternoster, 25 Sydney Road
Mr. Prior waived reading of the public notice as this hearing is continued from October.
James Margolin, attorney for the applicant, presented the additional information requested at the October hearing. The hearing was closed at 8:00pm.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Perry & Felicia Weitz, 1 Sydney Road
Andrew Giambertone, architect for the applicant, presented the application to construct a new screen porch, construction of which was begun without a permit and is the subject of a Notice of Violation/Stop Work Order and to legalize various structures constructed without a permit. The hearing was closed at 8:30.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. 

Linda & Robert Aquilina, 60 Bay Crest
Linda & Robert Aquilina presented their application to construct additions and alterations to an existing dwelling and to legalize various structures constructed without a permit.  The hearing was closed at 8:55pm.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications presented.

Decisions:

The application is approved 3/0.           

Frank & Norma DeCesare, 28 Bay Crest6
The application is approved, no height variance is granted.  3/0

Mr. Prior did not vote on the decisions as he was not present at the October hearing.

A motion made by Anthony Antonucci to approve the October minutes was seconded by John Woodward and approved 3/0.   Mr. Prior did not vote as he was not present at the October meeting.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 9:30p.m.
