Minutes Board of Trustees November 19 , 2007

Village Administrator: Lynn Pincomb
Village Attorney: Mara Manin, Esq.

Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:30 pm.  There are two public hearing this evening.

Chief’s Report
Chief Hubb’s delivered his report to the board. There were no major issues on Halloween. The department is working on the accreditation for the Police Department. A mock assessment is being scheduled. The Speed Sign grant was extended to December 31, 2007.

Public Hearing

Fran Geier, 23 Heckscher Drive, Huntington Bay
Andy Schmidt presented the application to order to construct additions and alterations which involve in excess of twenty percent (20%) of the Gross Floor Area square footage. Hearing closed at 8:15 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. A motion was made to approve the application by Don Rave and seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.

Verizon Franchise Agreement
Motion made by John McCusker to approve the Verizon Franchise agreement and seconded by Jay Meyer was unanimously approved.
Hearing closed at 9:25 p.m. Transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.

Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. Local law #4 was filed on 10/11/07. Snow plowing paperwork has been completed by Scott Cissik. The annual Holiday party will be held on December 16, 2007

Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by Mr. McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements which was seconded by Mr.Gai and unanimously approved

Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the October minutes was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved.

At 10:20 with no further business to be brought before the Board a motion was made by Mr. Meyer to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. McCusker and unanimously approved.
