Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. He stated that there were four public hearing on the agenda this evening.

Mr. Woodward described the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Thomas Abbate presented the application to legalize a breezeway constructed without a building permit. The hearing was closed at 7:51 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
