Ron Prior called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. There are two hearings this evening.

Public Hearing – Lefkowitz - 1 Shore Drive - Additions & Alterations
At 7:35p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. John Ritter, Esq. came before the Board representing the Lefkowitz’s to request relief from the flood damage prevention chapter in order to construct a new cabana. This hearing was closed at 8:20p.m. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing –Rave – 49 Taylor Road – Addition & Renovation to Garage Apartment

At 8:30p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Glen Grayson, A.I.A, came before the Board representing Donald Rave requesting relief from the pre-existing nonconformity of the rear yard setback to install an addition to the pre-existing apartment above the garage. At 9:05 p.m. The hearing was closed. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

A motion was made by Dr. Spatt to approve the January minutes, seconded by Mr. Prior and unanimously approved. A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the April minutes, seconded by Mrs. Aquilina and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 10p.m.
