Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there are three (3) public hearings on the agenda.
Mr. Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearings:
Freda Spiropoulos, 27 Terra Mar Drive
Deborah Yelvington of Dynamic Designs presented an overview of the application and explained that all nonconformities were pre-existing. She stated that the applicant wished to withdraw open permit
# 154 issued in 1965 for a bathhouse as the structure was not build and would not be built. The hearing was closed at 7:45pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Michael & Mary Haegerty, 317 Vineyard Road
John Deubler, an attorney, presented an overview of the application explaining that all nonconformities were pre-xisting and would not be increased by this application. Jamie Keller, architect for the applicant, presented the application to construct additions and alterations to the existing dwelling and to reconstruct and enlarge the existing garage with guest quarters above. The hearing was closed at 8:25pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Angeliki and John Drakopoulos, 90 Crescent Beach Drive
Mr. Drakopoulos came before the board to present his application. After much discussion with the Board Mr. Drakopoulos requested permission to withdraw the existing application in order to resubmit an application that addresses all structures on the property. The hearing concluded at 9:15pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

A motion made by Anthony Antonucci to approve the April minutes was seconded by Ron Prior and approved 5/0.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 10:00p.m.
