Mr. Woodward called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.  He stated that there were three public hearing on the agenda.

Mr. Williamson read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Public Hearings:

Edward Schmitz, 33 Taylor Road, Huntington Bay
Anderw Schmitz presented the application to construct a one story addition with basement space and to legalize a brick patio, and walkways built without a permit. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.  The hearing closed at 7:37 p.m.

David & Donna Reilly, 192 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay
James Keller presented the application to construct a new single family dwelling.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. The hearing closed at 8:20 pm.

Augustine Ruiz & Maria Cristina Corral Blazquez, 117 Bay Avenue
Augustine Ruiz presented the application to legalize grading and timber retaining walls built without a permit.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. The hearing was closed at 8:45 pm.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Woodward closed the meeting at 8:45p.m.
