Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There is one public hearing this evening.

2009-2010 Budget
Mayor Morrow presented the proposed budget to the Board of Trustees. The proposal included a 2% tax increase with a reduction of 5% in Vendor, Professional and Staff compensations. Village Justice Court will be reduced to ten sessions per year. John McCusker made a motion to approve the Budget, was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved. The hearing ended at 7:50 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Executive Session
The Board entered into executive session at 7:51 p.m. to discuss the Police Contract. Executive Session was closed at 8:00 p.m.

At 8:00 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
