Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:30p.m. There is one public hearing this evening.

The board is interviewing an attorney for the Village Attorney position. The Huntington Yacht Club submitted a building permit application for exterior changes to the building, to install an elevator and for landscaping.

Public Hearing – Local Law 5-2006 Site Plan Review
At 7:35p.m, the Board discussed the proposed site plan review for construction that involves in excess of twenty percent of the floor area square footage of the building or enclosed structures. A motion was made by Mr. Gai to approve Local Law-5 as amended seconded by Mr. Meyer and unanimously approved. This transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. The hearing was closed at 8p.m.

With no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed at 8:05p.m.
