Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that the Herbert application was the only one before the board this evening but that the hearing would be adjourned to allow the applicant to correct an error in the submitted forms. The hearing will be re-noticed and will be held on May 29th.
Decisions
The board discussed the Hurd decision. A motion made by Jay Cavanagh to approve the Hurd decision was seconded by John Williamson and approved 3/0.
A letter was received from Meryl Dowling withdrawing her application in regard to the plans which were reviewed at the April 12th hearing.
Applications heard at the April 12th hearing were discussed.
Minutes
A motion made by Mr. Williamson to approve the April minutes, was seconded by Mr. Woodward and unanimously approved. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2007.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:15p.m.
