Trustee John McCusker opened the meeting at 7:45 pm. There are three (3) Public Hearings this evening.
Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered the report to the Board. Grants are being searched to purchase tasers. A training session will be held next Monday. The speed signs will be put out within the next few weeks.
Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the February minutes was seconded by Don Rave, and unanimously approved.
Public Hearing:
Chris & Betsy Giamo, 10 Sydney Road
In order to construct a second story addition and alterations and to legalize various existing structures Site Plan approval of the Planning Board is required. James De Luca, an architect, presented the application. A motion made by Dennis Gai to approve the application was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved. The hearing concluded at 8:05pm. Bruce Feiner, 264 Bay Avenue
In order to construct an in-ground pool and to legalize various existing structures a Steep Slope Special Permit and Site Plan approval of the Planning Board is required. Mr. Feiner presented his applications to the Board. A motion made by Don Rave to approve the application was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved. The hearing concluded at 8:20 pm. Garrett Clifford, 17 Woodland Drive
Mr. Rave recused himself because of a long standing friendship with Mr. Clifford.
In order to construct structural alterations to an existing dwelling and to legalize various existing structures, Site plan review by the Planning is required. Neal Hoffman, an architect, presented the application. A motion made by Dennis Gai to approve the application was seconded by John McCusker and approved 4/0. Mr. Rave, having recused himself, did not vote. The hearing concluded at 8:30pm. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. All taxes were paid before the Tax Lien Sale. There were thirty four (34) Tax Grievances filed. After discussion and review, a motion to deny the thirty four (34) applications was made by John McCusker, seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously adopted.
Edward Schmitz requested release of the bond posted as his project is complete. Nathan Hale Road Association confirmed that there was no damage to the roads. Village Engineer Jeff Vollmuth proposed that the bond be returned. A motion to release the bond was made by John McCusker, seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from February and the list of bills. After review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by Don Rave to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for February which was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.
2011-2012 Budget
Mayor Morrow reviewed the draft preliminary budget for 2011-2012. A public hearing will be scheduled for April.
At 9:10 pm, the Board entered into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. The board reconvened in open session at 9:40pm.
A motion made by Dennis Gai to sign the Order on Consent was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.
At 9:45 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
