Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. There is one (1) Public Hearing this evening.
Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the board. The new police car has arrived and is being worked on.
Public Hearing:
Marc & Nancy Arner,19 Locust Lane, Huntington Bay
Neil Hoffman presented the application to enlarge a driveway and pool patio and to construct a pool cabana. The hearing closed at 7:40 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto. A motion was made by Don Rave to approve the application, was seconded by Jay Meyer, and unanimously approved.
Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. Thirty Two (32) Tax Grievances filed. The Board of Trustees unanimously rejected all thirty two (32) applications. The Village of Huntington Bay will hold a tax lien sale on March 9, 2010 for all unpaid property taxes.
Road Commissioner’s Report
Dennis Gai delivered his report to the board. The Village will wait until the spring to fill the potholes and sweep the roads.
Financials/Bills The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from February and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by John McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for January which was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.
Minutes
A motion made by John McCusker to approve the February minutes was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.
Executive Session
The Board of Trustees entered into Executive session at 8:35 pm to discuss the police contract. Executive session ended at 9:50 pm.
At 9:51 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
