Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There are no public hearings this evening.

Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the board. Officer Jack and Sergeant Gurgis will be participating in Investigation Training. In addition, the Police Department will be holding its annual Spring Training program for all Huntington Bay Police Officers.

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the Board.

Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. Village Elections will be held in June. There were eight (8) requests for a reduction in assessment. They have each been denied.

Financials/Bills –The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from February and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by John McCusker to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for February which was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.

Road Commissioners Report
There are no updates to report at this time.

Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the February minutes was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved.

BUDGET
The Board of Trustees discussed the 2009-2010 Budget.

At 9:50pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
