Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There are no public hearings this evening.

Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered the report to the board. There was no major activity during the month of February. Chief Hubbs is looking into the cost to install the speed sign at Village Hall and will report his findings to the board next month.

Attorney's Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.

Administrator's Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. As of date there is one (1) unpaid property tax. A tax lien sale will be held on March 11, 2008. There have been two (2) applications for senior citizen tax exemptions. Both applications were approved for a 50% reduction in assessed value. There are four (5) Zoning Board applications to be heard this month. Work will begin next week to repair various potholes throughout the Village.

The Board voted 3/0 to reject each of the applications that the Village received for tax assessment reductions.

Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by Don Rave to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements which was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.

Executive Session
The Board went into Executive Session at 8:25 pm to discuss the police contract. Executive session closed at 9:25 pm

Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the February minutes was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved

At 9:33 pm with no further business to be brought before the Board Jay Meyer made a motion to close the meeting and was seconded by Don Rave.
