Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:38pm. There are no public hearings this evening.   

Chief’s Report:
Chief Hubbs delivered his report. The HBPD is sending out 2 patrol cars to bid. There was one police report filed this month.

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin was not in attendance, Mayor Morrow discussed her report with the Board.  

Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. The one outstanding property tax was paid. There are 5 zoning board hearings scheduled this month.

Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the list of bills and, after review, a motion was made by Dennis Gai and was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.

Roads
All of the village potholes to be repaired this month.

Minutes
A motion made by Mr. McCusker to approve the February minutes and seconded by Mr. Gai and unanimously approved.
