Mr. Glackin called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are three public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearing – Henkel – 99A Bay Avenue – Legalize Outside Cellar Stairs
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Mr. Henkel came before the Board to legalize existing outdoor cellar stairs that were built without the benefit of a permit. At 7:40p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – DeSalvo – 4 Charlmegane Road – Second Floor Addition
At 7:45p.m. Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Mr. DeSalvo and his architect Michael Dunn came before the Board to request relief form existing non-conformities to build a second floor addition for more bedrooms and decks off the bedrooms.

Public Hearing – Sheuchenko – 36 Taylor Road – Driveway & Deck
At 8p.m. Mr. Glackin read the public notice. Mr. James Sheuchenko came before the Board with a revised plan to construct a new driveway and to build a deck in the back yard for a spa. This hearing will be kept open for further discussion. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Glackin closed the meeting at 9p.m.
