Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and stated that there are two public hearings this evening.

Public Hearing – Rave – 49 Taylor Road
Mr. Prior stated that this hearing was re-opened at the request of the applicant and by vote of the ZBA. Mr. Rave read letters from Mrs. Rausch, Mr. & Mrs. McCormack and Mr. & Mrs. Maggio to the board. The hearing was closed at 7:40p.m. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Pereca – 8 Valley Court
Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. Pereca presented his application to construct a conservatory, to demolish an existing greenhouse and expand an existing family room. Mr. Pereca explained that this application was also to legalize the creation of a boat storage area which had been done without a permit having first been issued. The hearing was closed at 8:30. Minutes
The Board reviewed the February minutes. A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the February minutes, seconded by Mr. LoTurco and unanimously approved.

The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on April 22. With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:45p.m.
