Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There are three (3) Public Hearings this evening.
Public Hearing:
Cablevision Franchise Renewal Agreement
Joan Gilroy presented the renewal agreement. The hearing ended at 8:05 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Edward Schmitz,33 Taylor Road
Andrew Schmitz presented the application to construct a one story addition with basement space and to legalize a brick patio, and walkways. Don Rave made a motion to approve the application, was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved. The hearing closed at 8:25 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Rosewood Developers Inc.,8 Locust Lane
Eric Fauser presented the application to construct a new dwelling, patios and walkway. A motion was made by Dennis Gai to approve the application, was seconded by John McCusker and unanimously approved. The hearing closed at 8:35 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Chief’s Report
Dennis Gai delivered the report to the Board. A letter was sent by Dr. Kaufman thanking Sgt. Guirgis for his recent assistance with an incident at the residence.
Road Commissioner’s Report
Dennis Gai delivered his report to the Board. The Village is waiting for SEMO (State Emergency Management Office) to assess the storm damage.
Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the Board.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the Board. There are three (3) Zoning Board hearings this month. One hundred and forty five tax payments have been received so far this month.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from May and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by Don Rave to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for May which was seconded by Jay Meyer and unanimously approved.
Minutes
A motion made by Jay Meyer to approve the April minutes was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.
At 9:15 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
