Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:35 pm. There are no public hearings this evening.

Chief’s Report
Chief Hubbs delivered his report to the board.

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the Board.

The Board of Trustees discussed the Village’s association with Winter Brothers Carting Company. A public hearing will be held in July to discuss the matter.

Administrator’s Report
To date, 230 tax payments have been received. The village elections will be held on Tuesday, June 16. There were seven (7) absentee ballots sent out to residents.

Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements from June and the list of bills and, after review, questions and discussion, a motion was made by Don Rave to approve the list of bills and the interim financial statements for June which was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously approved.

Minutes
A motion made by John McCusker to approve the May 11, 2009 minutes was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.

Executive Session
The Board entered into executive session to discuss potential litigation. Executive session closed at 8:44 p.m.

At 8:45 pm, with no further business to be brought before the Board the meeting was closed.
