Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
He stated that there were five applications on the
agenda this evening. John Woodward read the criteria
by which the Zoning Board makes its decisions.
Public Hearing:
Richard & Rosie Martin, 16 Castle Harbor
Road
Mr. Rodler presented the application to construct
boulder retaining walls, a horseshoe area, a shed.

Neil Hoffman presented the application to construct
a two story addition. The hearing closed at 8:34 p.m.

Carl Pergola, 19 Hillside Drive
Mr. Pergola presented the application to legalize
a wood deck and steps built without a permit and to
legalize grading and building a stone retaining wall
without a permit and to build additional steps and
patio and to legalize all existing structures. The

James Margolin presented the application to construct
a second story addition, and to legalize an existing

Jay Cavanagh made a motion to approve the April minutes
which was seconded by John Woodward and unanimously
approved.
