Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are five public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearing - Wilson – 4 Harbor Hill Road – Front Porch
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Ron Zachery, R.A. came before the Board to request relief from variances for existing non-conformities to construct a front slate porch over the existing patio. At 7:40p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Huntington Yacht Club – 90 East Shore Road – Handicap Ramp, & Elevator
At 7:45p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Frank Tirdglio, R.A. came before the Board to request variances for existing non-conformities. The proposed project will be adding and elevator, handicap ramp and door off the first floor to a patio area. At 7:55p.m. the hearing was closed. Public Hearing ––Buchholtz – 95 East Shore Road – Deck, Pool & Patio
At 8p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Neal Hoffman, R.A. came before the board requesting a variance from floor area ratio among others. The proposed project is for a hot tub, pool, deck and patio. This hearing was closed at 8:35p.m. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Fitzgerald – 46 Bay Crest – Pool & Patio
At 8:40p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Steve Meehan, Landscape Architect came before the Board to revise the approved pool plan for the Fitzgerald’s. They have decided to relocate the pool, pool equipment and to add a patio. Mr. Meeghan is requesting relief from front and side yard setbacks. Public Hearing – Byrne – 6 Upper Drive – Pool & Patio
At 9:15p.m. Thomas Byrne came before the Board requesting relief from lot area coverage and permitted structures in the front yard. Mr. Byrne proposed constructing a pool and patio at his home. This hearing was closed at 9:25p.m. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto

The Board discussed the applications that were presented. The board voted on the decisions from last month.

Minutes
A motion was made by Mrs. Aquilina to approve the May minutes, seconded by Dr. Spatt and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 10p.m.
