Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30p.m. He stated that there were two public hearing on the agenda this evening.

Mr. Williamson described the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

Public Hearings:

John Kent Moorhouse -192 East Shore Road, Huntington Bay
Paul Greenstein Esq. presented the application to legalize a breezeway constructed without a building permit. The hearing was closed at 7:40 p.m. A transcript was taken by Lynette Khan-Mohan.

Steve & Terri Soulellis -1 Fleetwood Drive, Huntington Bay
Thomas Heirshman Esq. presented the application to install in in-ground pool and patio around the proposed pool. The hearing closed at 8:40 p.m. A transcript was taken by Lynette Khan-Mohan.

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the February minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

John Williamson made a motion to approve the April minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved. Anthony Antonucci abstained from voting as he was not present at the hearing.

John Woodward made a motion to approve the May minutes which were seconded by Anthony Antonucci and unanimously approved. John Williamson abstained from voting as he was not present at the hearing.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:50 p.m.
