Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are three public hearings on the agenda.
Public Hearing –Farber – 130 Bay Avenue – Addition & Connect Garage
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Vince Franchi, R.A. came before the Board to request relief from floor area ratio, lot area coverage, side yard setbacks and driveway compliance. The project is to expand the family room, kitchen, construct a covered porch and to connect the detached garage. At 7:50p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Public Hearing – Schedler – 182 Bay Road – Master Bedroom & Kitchen
At 7:50p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Don Schedler, R.A. came before the Board to request variances for area of lot, lot width, side yard setbacks, compliance of driveways and lot area coverage. The proposed project will be adding a deck, enlarging the master bedroom and kitchen. At 8:05p.m. the hearing was closed. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.
Public Hearing –Goodrich – 289 Vineyard Road – New House
At 8:05p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Alex Latham, R.A. came before the board requesting a variance from lot width, items in the setback and compliance of driveways. The proposed project is to demolish the existing house and to build a new house. This project has been revised from the original application the house had been moved closer to the street and scaled down. This hearing was closed at 9p.m. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.
The Board discussed the applications that were presented. The board voted on the written decisions from last month.
Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Prior to approve the May minutes, seconded by Mr. Cavanagh and unanimously approved.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 9:30p.m.
