Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there was one public hearing on the agenda.

Mr. Antonucci read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.

A motion was made by Anthony Antonnuci and seconded by John Woodward to approve the June minutes.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:15p.m.
