Mayor Morrow opened the meeting at 7:30 pm. There
are four public hearings this evening.
The Village Police Department was honored for receiving
New York State Accreditation in a special ceremony.
Senator Marcellino swore in re-elected officials
Mayor Morrow, Trustee Don Rave and Trustee Jay Meyer.
Public Hearings
Daniel Lefkowitz, 1 Shore Drive.
Mr. Hoffman presented the application in order to
legalize two second floor dormers, to relocate three
air-conditioning units and to legalize one air conditioning
unit located in the side yard setback. The hearing
closed at 8:30 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura

John Schmid, 15 Wincoma Drive
Mr. Meehan presented the application in order to construct
a new detached garage, remove an existing garage,
reconfigure a driveway, construct an in-ground pool
and spa, patios and terraces the applicant requires
Site Plan Review, a Steep Slope Special Permit is
also required. The hearing closed at 9:10 p.m. A transcript
was taken by Laura Pinto.
Sol & Jane Farkas, 16 Wincoma Drive
Mr. Hoffman presented the application to construct
a new detached garage with art studio and a driveway
addition and to legalize a concrete patio, a wood
shed, a composite shed, dry stone walls, timber walls,
slate patio with step, a pergola and two (2) bay windows.
The hearing closed at 9:30 p.m. A transcript was taken

Martin Brockstedt, 23 Valley Drive.
Mr. Brockstedt presented his application in order
to construct a new two car garage with a bedroom above,
an attaching porch and a conservatory. The hearing

Attorney’s Report
Mara Manin discussed her report with the board.
Administrator’s Report
Lynn Pincomb delivered her report to the board. There
are five (5) Zoning Board applications this month.
There are 24 outstanding tax payments. The election
was held on June 17, 2008 and there were 32 votes.
A motion was made by John McCusker and seconded by
Jay Meyer to approve a tax payment refund for resident
Christine Pata. There will be no August meeting.
Financials/Bills
The Board reviewed the interim financial statements
and the list of bills and, after review, questions
and discussion, a motion was made by John McCusker
to approve the list of bills and the interim financial
statements which was seconded by Dennis Gai and unanimously
approved
Minutes
A motion made by John McCusker to approve the June
minutes was seconded by Don Rave and unanimously approved.
At 10:25 pm with no further business to be brought
before the Board the meeting was closed.
