Mr. Woodward called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there were five applications on the agenda this evening. John Woodward read the criteria by which the Zoning Board makes its decisions.

Anthony Antonucci made a motion to approve the April minutes which was seconded by John Williamson and unanimously approved.
