Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are five public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearing – Iarrobino – 14 Kanes Lane – Legalize Sheds
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. Bill Iarrobino came before the Board to request relief for building two sheds without the benefit of permits. Chris Gorten, RA has submitted plans and stated on the record that the sheds were built to code. At 8p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Drakopoulos – 90 Crescent Beach Drive – Legalize Cabana, Garage Addition
At 8p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. John Drakos came before the Board because he started building a cabana without the benefit of a permit. Mr. Drakos would like to finish the cabana and build a three car garage on the roof of the cabana. Mr. Neal Hoffman, RA presented the plans for the garage and Mr. Gregg Schiavone from RMS Engineering spoke of the integrity of the bluff below the proposed cabana and garage. Public Hearing – Paci Application – 11 Beach Road - Addition
At 8p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. John Paci came before the Board to request and addition and alteration to his home. Mr. Len Horchos, RA presented the plan to increase the house by 2,000 square feet. At 9:p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Villanova Application – 7 Locust Lane
At 9p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. Tom Abbate, Esq. came before the Board to request relief for the Villanova’s, who are contract vendees’ to 7 Locust Lane, to construct a front porch, circular driveway and cellar entrance. At 9:30p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing –Girimonti Application – 9 Beach Road
At 9:50p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. John Bracco, RA came before the Board representing the Girimonti’s who would like to do additions and alterations to their home. The proposed plans show adding a turret and expanding the kitchen and bedrooms. At 10p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Cavanagh to approve the December minutes, seconded by Mr. Glackin and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 10:30p.m.
