Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and stated that there is one public hearing this evening.

Public Hearing – Brown – 118 Bay Drive East – Second Story
Mr. Prior read the public notice. Tom Abbate, Esq. came before the Board representing the Browns. Mr. Abbate presented the application requesting relief from lot width and the side yard setbacks. The hearing was closed at 8:35p.m. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Minutes
The Board reviewed the December minutes. A motion was made by Mr. Glackin to approve the December minutes, seconded by Mr. Heimerich and unanimously approved.

The next Zoning Board meeting will be held on February 26. With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 8:45p.m.
