Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there were three (3) public hearings on the agenda.
Mr. Woodward read the criteria by which the Zoning Board of Appeals makes its determination.
Public Hearings:
Laura Zambratto, 307 Bay Avenue
James Murphy, an attorney, presented a brief history of the property. Alex Latham, architect for the applicant, presented the application to construct a new single family. David Bradley, a real estate appraiser, spoke in favor of the application. Various neighbors expressed their concerns. The hearing was closed at 9:20 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Garrett Clifford, 17 Woodland Drive
Neal Hoffman, architect for the applicant, presented the application to construct various structural alterations to an existing dwelling and to legalize various preexisting structures constructed without a permit. The hearing closed at 9:40 p.m. No-one appeared in either in support or in opposition to the application. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
Kimberly & Terry Gilroy, 37 Bay Drive West
Terry Gilroy presented the application to construct a second floor addition to an existing dwelling and to legalize various preexisting structures constructed without a permit. A neighbor appeared in support of the application. The hearing was closed at 9:55 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.
DECISIONS:
Lara & Peter Breingan, 7A Locust Lane
3/0 approved. Mr. Williamson abstained as he was not present at the hearing.
A motion made by John Woodward to approve the December minutes was seconded by Anthony Antonucci and approved 3/0. Mr. Williamson abstained as he did not attend the December meeting.
With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 10:35p.m.
