Deputy Mayor Dennis Gai called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and explained that this meeting was for the purpose of adopting Local Laws 1 through 9 of 2012.  Village Attorney Mara Main gave an overview of the proposed laws. 

Local Law 1-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 1-2012 entitled, “Abolition of Planning Board,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 2-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 2-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding Site Plan Review,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 3-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 3-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding Designation of Local Agency,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 4-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 4-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding Reimbursement of Professional Fees,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 5-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 5-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding “Other Permitted Signs with Approval of Board of Trustees,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 6-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 6-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding “Minimum Lot Area Requirements” and “Construction within Slope Lands: Permit; Fee,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 7-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 7-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Village Code Regarding “Permits and approvals required; penalties for offenses with respect to Stormwater Runoff,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 8-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 8-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Exemptions from Review with respect to Erosion and Sediment Control,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Local Law 9-2012
A motion was made by Don Rave to enact Local Law 9-2012 entitled, “Amendment to Legislative Purpose of Zoning Chapter”; “Amendment to Remove Planning Board from Definitions and Usage in Zoning Chapter”; “Amendment to Replace Planning Board with Board of Trustees as Board responsible for Site Plan Review and Approval in Zoning Code,” seconded by Jay Meyer, and approved 3/0.  A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

No one appeared in support or opposition to the above Local Laws.  No spectators were in attendance.

At 7:35 p.m., with no further business to be brought before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.
