Mr. Cavanagh called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He stated that there were two hearings this evening.

Brian & Elizabeth Madden, 265 Bay Avenue
Neil Hoffman presented the application to construct a kitchen addition and alteration and a new deck. The hearing closed at 8:07 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Linda Machado, 196 East Shore Road
Neil Hoffman presented the application to construct a new roof structure, reconstruct an existing front porch and to legalize patios and a BBQ island built without a Building Permit and to legalize East and West side yard stone walks, air conditioning units, and approximately two hundred and twenty four (224) square feet of additional driveway. The hearing closed at 8:34 p.m. A transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Application approved 4/0.

John Williamson made a motion to approve the December minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Cavanagh closed the meeting at 8:45p.m.
