Mr. Antonucci called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. He stated that there were no hearings this evening.

John Williamson made a motion to approve the January minutes which were seconded by John Woodward and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Antonucci closed the meeting at 7:36p.m.
