Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There is one public hearing on the agenda.
Public Hearing: Joanna Hulten, 8 Valley Drive, to construct a partial 2nd floor addition the applicant requires a variance for Side yards and Rear yard. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Neal Hoffman, architect for the applicant, discussed the application and stated that the applicant wished to construct a 390 sq. ft. sitting room with a bathroom and a 40 sq. ft. balcony. The addition will be in keeping with a 1983 addition. Any drainage required will be provided. Mr. Hoffman stated that all non conformities existed when the 1983 variance was granted and the application would not create any additional non conformities. Mr. Needleman, a neighbor, opposed the application and also requested that Ms. Hulten trim a tree which partially obscured his view. Mr. Prior noted that was a different matter. Mr. Gabriel, another neighbor said the he had no problem with the application. The hearing was closed at 8:00pm.
The Board discussed the application presented.
