Mr. Prior called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. There are five public hearings on the agenda.

Public Hearing – Kunken – 125 Bay Drive East – Quilting room
At 7:30p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. Neal Hoffman of Hoffman Grayson Architects came before the Board to request relief from the setbacks to build a quilting room. At 7:50p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Sheuchenko – 36 Taylor Road – Driveway & Deck
At 8p.m. Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. James Sheuchenko came before the Board requesting to remove the existing driveway and build a new one in a new location and to build a deck in the back yard for a spa. Vincent Lucarelli, R.A. addressed the non-conformities of this application. This hearing will be kept open for additional information. The transcript for this hearing was taken by Laura Pinto.

Public Hearing – Cassell Application – 14 Highview Drive - Addition
At 8:20p.m., Mr. Prior read the public notice. Mr. & Mrs. Cassell and Thomas Brophy their builder came before the Board to request and addition and alteration. At 9p.m. the public hearing was closed. The transcript was taken by Laura Pinto.

The Board discussed the applications that were presented.

Decisions
The Board read, reviewed and discussed the decisions for the Girimonti, Villanova, Paci and Drakolopos and Iarrobino hearings. The Board then voted on each one individually.

Minutes
A motion was made by Mr. Cavanagh to approve the December minutes, seconded by Dr. Spatt and unanimously approved.

With no further business to be brought before the Board, Mr. Prior closed the meeting at 9:30p.m.
